Join us at sunset for a beautiful evening of high-vibrational energy where we will release blocks, clear negative energy and hold space for the manifestation of our intentions. Through meditation, crystal sound and Reiki we will activate healing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels to harness our highest potential.

Reiki is a healing technique that channels energy through gentle touch or distance healing. It helps remove energetic blocks from the mind, body and spirit while promoting wellness and harmony in your life. Crystal sound healing clears and restores balance to the chakra system and auric field. It addresses imbalances and blockages in the energy channels and transforms the body on a cellular level.

During the circle, we will share intentions, receive spiritual guidance and Reiki healing and soak in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Bring a blanket, water bottle and an open heart ♥. You may receive insights or messages from others in the circle, so be sure to bring a journal if you’d like.

Vision boards work on both a conscious and subconscious level. By placing a vision board where you see it often, you train yourself to conjure the life you want. You practice short visualization exercises throughout the day and learn to make decisions that move you in the direction of your dreams, desires and goals. On a spiritual level, the act of creating a vision board sets an intention, a lightning rod to attract what you want into your life.
 

Join me for a fun and uplifting evening where we will:

• Participate in a meditation that will help you clarify what you would like to manifest physically, emotionally and spiritually. 
• Engage in a tapping exercise that will help you clear any blocks that could prevent you from manifesting what you want. 
• Create a vision board that you can place somewhere in your home to keep you inspired and focused.
