It helps remove energetic blocks from the mind, body and spirit while promoting wellness and harmony in your life. Crystal sound healing clears and restores balance to the chakra system and auric field. It addresses imbalances and blockages in the energy channels and transforms the body on a cellular level.
During the circle, we will share intentions, receive spiritual guidance and Reiki healing and soak in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Bring a blanket, water bottle and an open heart ♥. You may receive insights or messages from others in the circle, so be sure to bring a journal if you’d like.
