Reiki & a Reading Healing Session
Reiki is a form of energy healing that draws on the energy within and around us to heal and balance our minds, bodies, emotions and spirit. I channel that energy and direct it to clear blocks and shift energy so that you can experience peace, relaxation and whatever it is you want to transform, let go or call in. When I share Reiki and tap into your energy, I receive messages through my five senses. Many times I will feel aches, pains or emotions so that I can use my own body to help alleviate and release them. I may also receive guidance, suggestions and messages that relate to your intention (something specific you want to heal, let go of or bring into your life) for the session.
At the beginning of a one-on-one session, I tune into your or your pet’s energy and we discuss your intention if you have one. Then, I lead us through a meditation and I share Reiki with you or your pet. You may experience sensations in your body, get emotional, smell specific scents, see visions and images or hear songs or messages. Whatever you experience is exactly what your body needs to move and integrate the healing energy. At the end of the session, I share any messages I received for you and we discuss your experience and next steps for after the session. Sessions are virtual and available in-person in Southern California.

Pre-Recorded Personalized Reiki & a Reading Video Session
Can’t fit a live session into your schedule? Want to watch and experience your healing session over and over again anytime you want? Introverted and feel more comfortable receiving healing energy by yourself? Then a pre-recorded healing session is for you! In a pre-recorded personalized healing session, you will receive a personalized video that contains a healing and mini-reading based on your intention. You can watch the video at any time and as many times as you’d like. Each time you experience the video, you will allow healing to occur at a deeper level. Purchase one video session ($100) or a package of three video sessions ($275).
Custom Readings
Have questions? I can get us answers! I offer customized readings that involve reading tarot and oracle cards, astrology and/or human design. A customized reading is ideal for anyone looking to understand themselves better and the energy they are currently navigating through and/or looking for their life purpose, clarity on a situation or relationship or next steps. In some instances, depending on what your goal is, we may also use Reiki and energy healing to clear blocks and shift energy during the reading. Currently I am offering live virtual readings or pre-recorded readings. Reach out for more information or to see if this is the right fit for you.

Reiki Circles
Reiki circles are a great way to learn more about Reiki and experience Reiki healing in a group setting. It’s a great way to get started with Reiki healing and a fun way to experience healing and readings with other people. During a Reiki circle, I share information on what Reiki is, how it works and how to give and receive Reiki. I lead us through a meditation where we all give and receive Reiki and I provide mini-healings and readings for all participants. Afterwards I share messages that I received for everyone and allow others the opportunity to share their experience and messages that they received for themselves or others in the circle. Sometimes different people in the group will even receive the same message for someone! I hold virtual and in-person Reiki circles and offer private Reiki circles for events, special occasions or just for fun! 1:1 Reiki Training & Coaching
Work with me 1:1 over two months to train in Reiki Levels 1 & 2 and receive personalized coaching and support. You will learn how to use Reiki to heal yourself and others, receive Reiki attunements (a clearing of your energy so that you can become a clearer channel for the Reiki to flow through you) for Reiki Levels 1 & 2, training resources and materials, and Reiki certification.
